MedReview, operated through the MedReview platform and website, respects the privacy of its users, including current postgraduate residents, alumni, NEET-PG and INI-CET aspirants, mentors, and other visitors to the platform. We strongly request that reviewers do not include their personal phone number, residential address, personal email address, identification numbers, passwords, financial information, or other unnecessary personal information in a review.

3. Anonymous or Public Reviews

Where MedReview provides an option to submit a review without publicly displaying the reviewer's name, information collected for administrative or verification purposes may still be retained internally.

An anonymous review does not necessarily mean that the reviewer is technically unidentifiable to MedReview or to service providers used by the platform.

Information voluntarily included by a reviewer within the body of a review may nevertheless identify the reviewer. Reviewers should therefore avoid including unnecessary identifying information if they wish to remain anonymous.

5. Publication of Reviews

MedReview may edit a submission for spelling, grammar, formatting, length, removal of unnecessary personal information, or compliance with platform guidelines. Such editing is intended to preserve the substantive meaning of the review.

6. Personal and Confidential Information

7. Reviews About Doctors, Faculty and Institutions

MedReview allows users to share genuine experiences relating to their postgraduate training. However, users must not use the platform to publish defamatory, abusive, vulgar, threatening, malicious, or knowingly false statements about any individual, including doctors, faculty members, residents, students, administrators, or other persons.

Users must not publish unverified allegations of criminal activity, professional misconduct, corruption, fraud, harassment, negligence, or other serious wrongdoing as though they were established facts.

Reviews should primarily describe the reviewer's own experience and should distinguish personal experience or opinion from information obtained through rumours or hearsay.

The responsibility for the content submitted by a reviewer rests with the reviewer, subject to applicable law.

8. Sharing of Information

MedReview does not sell users' personal information as a general business practice.

Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the platform, including hosting providers, payment processors, analytics providers, communication services, security providers, and technical service providers.
